Landscape Image - Blur & Sharpen

I used the blur and sharpen tool.

When using the blur tool the brush size was 120. The sharpen tool was at 50. However the strenth of the blur was 85 and the strength of the sharpen was 50.

Broken Glass, Birds and Wall.
